Y to the OGAI’m gonna go to yoga in a few minutes w/ a good friend of mine. But before you think I’m being all lazy, I should tell you that it’s vinyasa yoga. I don’t know a lot about what makes vinyasa yoga different from other yoga, but what I do know is that I sweat like a beast whenever I go. I didn’t want to run two days in a row b/c I don’t want to burn myself out, especially since I haven’t exactly been having the most nutritious fuel-y meals. But, mark my words, I am running tomorrow. There, I said it. For all of Tumblr to read. Tomorrow I will run and I will post my route. Omg, now I’m scared, lol.

 YOGA is amazing for your body, and you can burn so many calories. I used to do a free class when I lived in New York City at Yoga to The People, and I will tell you what, it kicked my butt, and I sweat so badly. So you will feel great afterwards!
