Hello 7am, nice to meet you.
It has been a LONG time since I got up at 7am because I WANTED to. Haha, but its nice.
My goals for this week are to:
- make it to bed by 11 everyday except for of course friday and saturday, since I work that late.
- wake up everyday by 7:30 at the latest, except for saturday and sunday.
- see 184 on the scale by Sunday!
I just went for a run/walk (mostly walk, who am I kidding?) and now its time to get shredded! Hahaha
