recovering food addict
Tonight I attended my first Over Eaters Anonymous meeting. It was interesting to say the least. I actually could relate to every single thing that everyone said. It follows the same basic steps as AA, just replaces alcohol with food. I think I will go back again. 
Today I also got a snazzy new pair of running shoes. Cute Adidas ones from Marshall’s for only 34$. I can’t bear to spend 80 dollars on a good shoe right now.
After reading a few
other blogs I decided to pick up this book (In Defense of Food) at Barnes & Noble. I am excited to read it.
I looked at all the cook books too, because my usual method of cooking is usually just to “wing it.” So I settled on “The Best Vegetable Recipes.”
I figured it covered what I needed, because I need to fit more veggies into my diet. It has all the recipes divided by vegetable,s o it makes it easy to figure out what you want to make based on whats in your fridge. Yum, can’t wait to try something tomorrow.
