Sunday weigh in #2
Alright!
One week has passed since I stated my weigh loss goals.
Last Sunday I weighed: 190
After one week: 188
I am surprised, since I kinda failed a little bit, but overall, I have eaten way less than my normal amount, and tried to steer away from fast food.
I did my first day of Level 1 on the 30 day shred yesterday morning, and it totally kicked my butt. I can’t do a pushup to save my life.
I totally feel the burn today though, haha, so I will go again tomorrow. Yay!
