Top Ten Reasons Why I Keep Putting On Weight
- I am a dessert person.

- I (like many others) do not cook.
- I eat when I am bored.
- I eat when I am sad/stressed/mad.
- I snack late at night.
- I go to bed late, wake up late, so my schedule is off.
- I am on the go, so I don’t have time to eat healthy/cook.
- My boyfriend is helping me get fat. In the three years we have been together he has also put on about 30 to 40 lbs.
- I do barely any physical activity.
- I love fast food to the point where I crave it.
What I have highlighted are the three things I am going to try to change this week for starters.
#6- I go to bed late, wake up late- Well, I vow to go to bed earlier (as I write this at 1:23 AM, haha.) and wake up earlier. Sleeping late every day makes me be even more in a hurry throughout the day. This will give me more time to prepare meals.
#9-I do barely any physical activity-Well obviously I need to amp up the physical activity. If I do it in the morning I might actually be able to do it, since usually by the end of the day I am exhausted from school and work.
#10-I love fast food, and crave it- It is so hard to keep away from the deliciousness and ease of fast food. I think though, that if I cut this out, which is one huge part of everything I eat, it will really make the difference, and make me stop feeling like sludge.
That picture was me one year ago. I think at the time I was about 165, even then I felt great, to be there again would be a dream!
So this week, this is what I am going to work on to start making it happen.
